Seismic Reports
The purpose of the Seismic Report is to evaluate the structural and seismic condition of the property and to assess the Probable Maximum Loss (PML) Scenario Upper Loss (SUL) and Scenario Expected Loss (SEL) to conform to the current ASTM Standard E 2026-99 for the property based on the worst possible seismic occurrence within a given time period. ST-Risk Version 4.10 Software developed by Risk Engineering, Inc. is used for the seismic evaluation.
