Draw Inspection Service
Epic provides draw inspection services that are generally performed once a month (or based on the clients needs). Epic will perform each draw inspection upon receipt of the Pay Application, unless otherwise directed by the Client, and view randomly selected areas of work exemplifying the work progress. The report will highlight construction material testing and issues, problems, and/or deficiencies not representing the draw requisition; identify general site conditions and describe on - site progress. In addition, a digital photo log will be maintained throughout the project.
