Corrective Action Plans
If an environmental contaminant of concern has been released above regulatory standards, an Environmental Site Assessment is performed to document the size and severity of the release. When required, a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) is developed from the information obtained from the performance of the Environmental Site Assessment. A Corrective Action Plan outlines the strategy to cleanup a site in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
A Corrective Action Plan may recommend active Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation or sustained monitoring of media impacted by the release. Epic professionals are experts in groundwater modeling and remediation, having developed numerous fate and transport models that have been readily accepted by federal and state regulatory agencies.
