About Us...
Epic Consulting, Inc., was founded in 1996. The firm has grown by providing quality environmental review and engineering solutions to our clients. Our clients include property management companies, real estate developers, corporate lending agencies, and petroleum companies all in various locations across the U.S.
The projects we have completed for these organizations include soil and water pollution remediation, groundwater pollution management, storm water management, geotechnical testing, construction materials testing, Phase I environmental (ESA) and Phase II environmental site assessments, guideline adherence for epa regulations, real estate property condition reporting, due diligence in real estate, asbestos environmental recommendations, abatement of mold problems, and draw inspection services.
Epic is experienced in working with key environmental statutes such as the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Georgia Underground Storage Tank Act (GUST), and the Georgia Hazardous Site Response Act (HSRA).
During the previous five years, Epic has performed
over three hundred-fifty Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments. Our
environmental engineering consultants have provided over one hundred property and condition
reports during the last two years. Our experience and knowledge of geology
and construction provides Epic with the background to provide seismic analysis
(Probable Maximum Loss) to our clients as well.
